For years, I rode the rollercoaster of temporary healing in my romantic relationships, only to repeat the same emotional patterns. I kept attracting emotionally unavailable people. I'd journal, affirm, and push through… and I'd feel better, for a while.

But then, boom. Same cycle. Same emotional pain. Again.

Eventually, I realized I had to go deeper than mindset.
